the about box needs updating: "Hosting documentation files -- NO PULLREQUESTS → https://trac.sagemath.org" #28

The about box for this repo needs to be updated. I don't know what "NO PULLREQUESTS → https://trac.sagemath.org" means, and even if I did, trac is now deprecated.

that nobody should make a PR to edit the documentation. it's only hosted here, not developed.
