ok, well, the main trouble is probably, that the way how entries like inproceedings are handled are a bit different from how it is done in bibtex. there, it's this py-bibtex-something doing the interpretation and then some custom html output is generated. so, I think I've fixed one and replaced the other one by the bibtex entry that's referenced from the arxiv page. anyways, entries and changes are in.
note that http://www.sagemath.org/library-publications.html lists that inproceedings article in Books, which is certainly wrong. There are few other entries in Books that don't belong there either.
hmm, travis ci isn't happy, I'll fix it.
