switching base_branch won't change label on web page #19

Until yesterday I had "6.2.rc2" as base_branch and the server report snippets showed it as such. Then I changed it to master (6.1.1) and indeed that's what is in patchbot/base and what patchbot/ticket_merged is based on, but on the ticket-specific report page the newest snippet shows "6.2.rc2".

The smoking gun is the report for ticket #0 from 2014-05-05 19:39:25 +0000 on the page http://patchbot.sagemath.org/ticket/0/ with
