Please try to refrain from opening issues for Windows binary releases so soon after a source release. The Sage 9.2 source release was only yesterday and it can take a few days to make new binary releases depending on the availability of their maintainers. If it takes like, weeks, then you can open an issue.

Sorry this release is taking so long. I've been working on it off-and-on but have encountered a number of new issues with the build related to changes in Cygwin since the last release.
