Begin Spanish translation of the tutorial #10165

There are several parts of the tutorial that have been already translated to Spanish by Luis V.

I'm working on reviewing his translation and make a unified patch to it gets included into Sage

7225: "Introduction"

7221 "Welcome to the Sage Tutorial!"

7222 "Getting Help"

7224 "A Guided Tour"

7223: "Assignment, Equality, and Arithmetic"

7226: "Basic Algebra and Calculus"
