Problem Description

The interest of pdf is to see the whole content just by scrolling. In SageMath documentation, English/reference is split into many PDF chapters. Would be good to merge them all into one.

Don't you think each pdf chapter is already too long to scroll conveniently? A random chapter has 209 pages.
