Hi, I just make it works with recent version of pyparsing again #55

It's all about makestatic I submit again this patch:

I put all the modifications in scripts.dtx
it's working with pyparsing 2.4.7
I add sagestr support
but sageexample environment are still not supported

A part of this was merged in #56. Could you please rebase over the current master branch?
