Install netlify and codecov apps #182

Could someone with admin rights please install the netlify app (I've requested its installation via the netlify site) and the codecov app via https://github.com/marketplace/codecov. Thanks!

I've done this now myself. Hopefully, after https://github.com/sagemath/sage/pull/34975 the deployment should also work. Let me know if you encounter any issues with codecov and/or netlify.
