If there is a plot included in the worksheet, Convert to PDF fails with https://proxy/ URL not reachable, because host proxy can't be resolved. Adding name proxy to /etc/hosts seems to fix the problem. Don't know why such URL is used, so not sure what would be the right solution here.

Things are worse nearly three years later, in that any attempt to convert a sagews to pdf in cocalc-docker fails with: a latex error about missing package inconsolata.sty.
