Issue with E-Mail-Service #148

There seems to be a different implementation for both 'forgot password'-buttons as the test-button works and sends out an E-Mail, but the real one does not.

The error shown is of the 'can't read undefined field'-type.

What is "the test-button" and what is "the real one"?

Good day. Any updates on this one? We ran into this problem as well.

Test-Button: Under Admin > Site-Settings > Email Configuration -> Tests [Forgot Password] Real Button: When a user tries to sign in and enters the wrong password, the CoCalc suggests the "Forgot Password Button" to get a Reset-Link.
