this jupyter ipynb file won't load in jupyter, but does in cocalc #2943

It's not corrupted according the jupyter's backend tools for verification, but is according to the latest version of their frontend client.

It's going to take probably a lot of tedious work by somebody to bisect this file down to find out exactly what part is formatted in a way that breaks jupyter's frontend javascript function for loading an ipynb file.

@jasongrout -- want to tell me what's wrong with this ipynb file that cocalc-jupyter produces...?

The file (sha256 5467d64326e3ea5d3edaede240ef580b069fa63a8fbd21746d3a9431497c414e) opened fine for me in both the current notebook (5.5.0) and JuptyerLab (a commit close to master)
