display the elapsed time since the project was last restarted #332

Feature request: In the Settings page for a project, can you display the elapsed time since the project was last restarted somewhere? Perhaps it could become visible when you hover the mouse over the restart button?

Only ever requested once... but I see how could be useful. Or clutter.
