Need to be able to detect outbound DDOS attack and track down which user is doing it. Also bandwidth usage reporting per user is needed. #362

http://www.atoptool.nl/netatop.php is the first thing that comes to my mind regarding this, maybe there is something similar out there, too.

This will be easier with the k8s backend, since then iptables is per-pod, due to how k8s networking works.

Putting to P-low since only paying customers get network now.
