were you able to sign in and open a project?
my first thought is to add some additional static pages to cocalc, where you can sign in and see just your projects, click to start a project (to access it) and then browse the files.
The file-browser already exists. I.e. for a running project you can try it via an URL like https://cocalc.com/[project-id]/raw/
Could read-only access be offered on a slow internet connection?
Currently when CoCalc detects internet connection is too slow for proper operation, it does not let the user connect.
Instead, it could offer to connect in read-only mode, letting the user at least access files and download them for local use.
(At a research school in Cameroon, did not plan to demo CoCalc but hoped to be able to fetch some files to use them locally.)
