slide presentation mode

CoCalc now has slides. However, there is no presentation mode. What should this do:

• click a "Present" button and a new "Presentation controls" frame will appear.
• that frame has buttons, including forward and backward page buttons, and a button to pop up the presentation window (this will probably by default appear whenever the presentation controls are displayed).
• the pop-up presentation window shows the same document in basically kiosk mode (like shift+click on file tab), with a url fragment that makes it load with Presentation frame maximized (and the whole thing in fullscreen mode).
• the "Presentation" frame is a frame that always displayed similar to the Slides frame, but showing only the slide (nothing outside the margin), with no zoom. It is interactive though -- you can click and edit code cells, draw, etc. Also, it should have some sort of page number information, though in a more slide-oriented format (like latex beamer uses).
• the Presentation frame shows the page selected by the Presentation controls. That state is stored in the syncdb. I.e., we do not use any direct relationship between the Presentation frame and Presentation controls! Instead, that connection is indirect via the syncdb. In fact, you could use one computer to show the presentation and a different one to control the page that is being displayed. Also, but storing "the current page during a presentation" in the syncdb, it gets stored as part of TimeTravel, which is useful as a foundation for some sort of linking between TimeTravel and a video of a talk (and also for analytics).

Obviously, some components of the presentation design above would also be of use for other file types, e.g., pdf files, jupyter notebooks (with slideshow metadata), whiteboards, etc.

Also, storing the presentation pages in TimeTravel (or somewhere) makes it possible to provide feedback about "how long did I spend on a given page".
