course: Reconfigure all projects when "Allow arbitrary collaborators" is NOT checked, should explicitly remove collaborators even when the student who owns the project hasn't created an account yet #7115

Evidently if the student hasn't yet created an account on cocalc, then their project is skipped regarding removing other collaborators. There might be a good reason for this -- i.e., the naive approach to fixing this problem maybe breaks something else. In any case, it's confusing as it is right now.

Also, this made me wonder whether invites for students that haven't made accounts yet get canceled as well or not. Probably yes, but it's worth double checking.

This is definitely unclear. You could definitely argue for the current behavior, given the point of "allow arbitrary collabs" is something relative to the student. I'm closing this.
