Upgrades tab does not scroll horizontally #7280

Other tabs seem to adjust to the window width, but the upgrade one has issues: image

That's really, really, really bad! It makes it so that this page is completely unusable on mobile devices. There' no possible way to see the info about usage and quotas that is hidden here:

At least it should be possible to scroll, but it isn't. I'm upping this to a bug, at least on mobile. Thanks for finding this.
