we need to make it easy to select which AI models are shown when doing @mention #7367

This very much needs to be configurable.

I very much would like to see only ONE model, the "default one" which I have used last, but with an easy way to switch to a different one if for some reason I am not happy. The annoying things with all these models is that often you want to select a collaborator. Perhaps it can be always @AI or something, which then gets "expanded" into the full model name? Or is it way too involved?
