I was extremely confused by this, since I thought somewhat "nonlinearly":
Open any file at all, e.g., code or markdown.
Click the "Assistant" button.
This is what you see:
Notice that All is selected by default and yet in bold it says "No context from your file will be included." Clicking update or changing the radio select back and forth does not help at all.
Clicking "Selection" also doesn't work at all either.
WORKAROUND: Type anything at all into the "What do you want to do..." input box, and then suddenly the file is properly included.
