Rename and copy in one step #7614

I regularly want to make a copy of a file and change its name at the same time. Would be nice if it was more streamlined and could be done in a single step.

Is use "Duplicate" for this.

But "Duplicate" does not allow you to copy the file to a different place, at least that's how I see it. So either I get same name different place with copy, or different name same place with duplicate. I want different name and different place.
