There definitely has to be an explanation for the minimum possible amount and having a dedicated selector for it makes sense. Other amounts are optional/questionable (we can instead prepopulate the input box with some default like $100).
But there is a very common situation when somebody needs to pay for a subscription without setting up automatic payments. In this case it would be nice to click a button to cover all pending transactions. It also would be nice to have one more option - cover all pending transactions, but take into account the current balance.
I am not sure how to phase these to make them look nicely as buttons. However for my credit card I have a dropdown with options:
