Feature request: Add "Add a template" support when creating project

Hello Cocalc team:

I am just wondering if it is possible to add a new feature so that a user can create a project from a template as illustrated in the following mock-up screen:

When enabled, the user can then select from the drop-down list the initial files/folder they wish to see after creating the project (can be from a GitHub repo or a shared project).

Here the template shown from the drop-down can be initially set by the site admin, which can be further customized by the end user in their account settings.
