[x] Tease out any remaining parts that are specific to Plutonium from the 'curium' package.
[x] Split out the 'curium' package into its own Git repository.
[x] Push Curium out to GitHub.
[x] Set up a build in Travis.
[x] Publish Curium on Bintray.

Currently stuck with publishing Curium on JCenter. It is published on Bintray but can't be linked to JCenter, chasing this up with JFrog support.

Given that Plutonium is now building and passing its tests on the Travis build as of commit ae4fe4a, the remaining problem with getting Curium on to JCenter can be hived off into an issue for the Curium repository, as can the writing of a README.
