Includes:

Remove a dependency from pip requirements (see commit for link to StackOverflow post)
Add undeclared dependencies to pip requirements
Ignore compiled source assets
Add new sections to README to make it easier to figure out how to get started
Add a TODO to help communities with lots of repos, possibly spread out over multiple orgs
Allow scraper to authN via token
