Classification of Drug_Name- Avonex vs Copaxone #11

Model is built with the data from prescriber summary and prescriber detailed combined. But the NA values in the total_supply and drug_cost are not treated. And the NA values are omitted for building the model.

@Rajhan It would be useful, if you could suggest us on how we could treat those NA values.

you cannot merge prescriber summary with detailed data like you did. Every row, in summary, is unique for each doc, it is the overall prescription data for that year. but detailed data is at drug level. So aggregate the detailed data at drug level for each physician and then select only Avonex and copa prescribers.
