Test linux binaries for dependencies on a clean Ubuntu 12.04 #64

Test it whether there are any dependencies to run CEF, on the
CEF Forum one of the users [1] reported that it is required to install
these packages:

 sudo apt-get install libnss3-1d libnspr4-0d

A debian package would be useful as it could install the required dependencies.
