firetv - flinging vs selecting fling device timing, listening, null lists in pop up

also, we should see about what to do about this:

1) firetv is selected 2) firetv is unplugged 3) everythning just continues as normal for some reason. why?

is this just an artifact of pulling the plug or should we be searching for this.

but first make sure we didn't break something in the last change that ruined our ability to properly listen (unplugs aside)

Still issues. Behavior is press button, empty popup, immediately go to settings and reset => full reset happens and it works
