PHP_SELF would be better than imgboard.php.

How would I use PHP_SELF I'm not the best at php and I'm still learning it.

This PR is too varied now, having affected multiple files not related to the original intent of the PR. For example, 3cdfdcf9c723463bd2cf0777e36870874761b8b2 is irrelevant to the Catalog.

Please narrow down the scope of your PRs (or open several unique ones) in the future and keep them that way.
