Google earth plugin error when click the refresh GE plugin button #67

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load a kml file from local
2. Load the google kml sample
3. Click the refresh button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Google earth plugin should refresh properly

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
IE: 9.0.8112.16440
API: 1.009
Plugin 6.1.0.5001

Please provide any additional information below.

Attached are the error and the local kml file I am using

Issue 70 has been merged into this issue.

This is to do with the plugin object not being fully disposed, a couple of 
workarounds are discussed in the merged Issue 70. This will be fixed in the 
next commit.
