Issue in Balloon: Goes ban when minimize #92

Hi 

i have a very strange bug coming up in this library.

When i click the placemark, on the GEWebBrowser, i can see a balloon with the 
information i have parsed but as soon as i minimize the window, the balloon is 
blank. I am not sur what is causing this kind of behaviour?

ANy idea on this?

without more information it is impossible to say.

Which version of the library are you using?
which OS and version are you using?
Which version of IE are you using?

etc...
