Hi Austin, It will be very handy to have the ORFs extracted, maybe dividing them between complete and partial. Just a suggestion of course :)

Partially addressed by a36e32d13420728ad2d555bc3996351546b7dc19. Translations can now be broken at in-frame stop codons using the '--seqbreak' option. Such cases will be output as separate sequences with their nucleotide sequence of origin, frame, and orf number indicated (ascending from 5' of template or 5' of reverse-complemented template, respectively).
