Kilauea - Content Missing/Incomplete #15

CRS Module--- No Content Tabs: -Add Person -Registry Search

"Dashboard" and "Reports" tab just display the content of "About" Tab.

SRS Module--- No Content Tabs: -Register Staff -Search Staff

"Dashboard" and "Reports" tab just display the content of "About" Tab.
All links in "Settings" tab do not work or are incomplete.

FMS Module--- No Content Tabs: -Display Map

Also need to add help text to 2 help icons in the "Add Facility Tab"
If you scroll all the way down, there are red x's at the right of the screen close to the debug information if you turn it on.
