Cluster bubbles by topic closeness #127

Closed stefankreitmayer closed 5 years ago

This came up in the pilots. Users assume semantic meaning in the positioning of bubbles. Particularly, close-together bubbles are assumed to be closely related.

As a user When I see a bubblogram In order to know which concepts are closely related to each other I want the distance between the bubbles to reflect their semantic relation And it would be nice if subtopics were positioned below overarching terms

I've changed it so that two bubbles end up in the same group if (and only if) their Wikipedia pages are linked. The direction of the link doesn't matter.

Future implementations could take into account:

These metrics could be used for ranking the bubbles to determine their vertical order within a cluster.
