Let's make it so that "/" always points to the start page.
Currently, logged-in users see the "recent" page which is mildly confusing.
It would be better if logged-in users got the same startpage, potentially including additional personal recommendations, separated with a heading like "Recommendations for
As a user When I go the start page In order to be drawn in to the site I want to see some content, possibly lots of content
Also, get rid of the "OER" in the heading. Users don't care what an OER is. Ony we care.
