What to do with Notes, Favourites and Course? #303

We currently have 3 features with overlapping functionality:

Notes: currently deactivated in the GUI
Favorites: currently deactivated in the GUI
Course: only activated in the labstudy condition.

Arguably, we could make Notes and Favorites obsolete by activating the Course feature for all users.

The course feature has some limitations but we don't know if they are real problems in practice:

The user can select only one section per OER
Vertical space in the sidebar is limited, so the user can only manage a handful of OERs at a time.

Tasks

[ ] Decide which feature(s) to keep and activate it/them
[ ] Remove the remaining features
