Currently, the Inspector shows the ContentFlowBar for videos but not for PDFs.
We could theoretically add the ContentFlowBar for PDF as well. However, this would mean having to clarify/solve a number of UX questions/problems. Among other things:
The ContentFlowBar is a timeline but PDF is not a time-based medium.
The horizontal representation is unconventional for PDF and probably not obvious to users.
Clicking on a chunk would probably create an expectation of jumping to a page. Which page?
Depending on the text density, a chunk might be anything between half a page and a dozen pages.
I don't think these issues are easily resolved. Therefore, it's probably better (for now) to leave the ContentFlowBar out in the case of PDFs in the inspector. On the card, it's arguably a slightly different story - we can have the ContentFlowBar there IMO.
