Given that I am interested in how the AI makes its decisions
When I see an AI-related UI component, such as an input field (e.g. the search field) or an output of the AI (e.g. a content recommendation or translation)
In order to understand what goes on behind the scenes and where the outputs come from
I want to get a brief explanation of the component
And I want to get a link to more detailed explanations of the component
As a novice user
In order to learn the system quickly
I don't want this advanced feature to affect my UX

[x] Add an opt-in button to activate and deactivate Explainer (default: off)
When Explainer is enabled:
[x] Show info buttons next to each relevant component
[x] Show a popup on click, including a short text
[x] Add a "learn more" link to the popup, leading to the relevant info-page on x5gon.org
