Select multiple ranges in video #323

As a participant in a lab user study When I add a video to my workspace In order to highlight relevant parts I want to select more than one range

This is tricky. Need to sort out a good UX flow for this and deal carefully with edge cases.

Proposed solution

[x] click on empty space & drag -> create a range
[x] mousedown on an existing range -> confirmation flyout with 3 buttons: delete, cancel, "jump here"

Scope

[x] Lab study participants only, i.e. "normal" users should not be able to create ranges

Pro

Reasonably simple to implement
Reasonably simple for the user. Few rules for the user to memorise
No conflict with ContentFlow click events

Con

May need some explanation (doable in a controlled experiment, or via external tutorial video)
No obvious strategy regarding whether (and if so how) to prevent the user from creating overlapping ranges
