Add VAD to avoid hallucinations with speechless batches

Speechless batches lead to hallucinations, especially in the real-time mode.

Three approaches:

• Silero VAD for every chunk.
• Use native VAD provided by faster-whisper.
• Silero VAD for batch before transcription.
