2. run tests partial / "No Day: Default To First Of Month"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
dates like Jan 2008 and January 2008 still pass but dates like 1/2008, 1
2008, 1-2008, 2008/1, 2008 1, 2008/1 all fail
