Changelog

Install and configure TailwindCSS and confirm that it works
Add prettier config file (.prettierrc) so that all team members will format the code by the same rules.

The code looks a bit complicated, because its just config copy pasted from the tailwind doc. Is it allright if I just merge it into main?
