Changed Title of Home #12

Added Home Title. It seems that the login page is not created yet. I could not find anything in the application or in the code. Please correct if wrong.

Hi @TimJ0212! Thanks for making this PR, but am really sorry I won't be able to consider this now. This project is made for an open-source coding event called JWOC, if you want to contribute to this project, please register for the event as a mentee and start contributing when the event begins. For now, am closing this PR. Thanks again!
