I was thinking about the discussion and what we could write about future directions. Here's a list of things that we could implement in future versions of the package:

Martingale residuals (which we haven't really studied in any paper, so maybe the theory needs to come first...)
Diagnostic measures
- AUC and ROC (Olli mentioned these in a presentation he gave)
- Calibration measures?

Another one we've discussed in the past:

Parametric bootstrap for confidence intervals of absolute risks.

@Jesse-Islam found another good one during his literature review: interval censoring. I'm not sure how case-base would work in this setting (is it as simple as restricting the sampling?), but it's definitely a functionality that some packages offer and that we don't.
