Pip3 can't find pyodbc any more #363

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. pip3 install pyodbc

What do you see instead?

Downloading/unpacking pyodbc
  Could not find any downloads that satisfy the requirement pyodbc
  Some externally hosted files were ignored (use --allow-external pyodbc to allow).
Cleaning up...
No distributions at all found for pyodbc
Storing debug log for failure in /root/.pip/pip.log

pyodbc should be uploaded to the PyPI index. A good tool to do this is
