test-tool: add LogoutDuringIOAsync #339

This PR includes a use-after-free fix already submitted separately via https://github.com/sahlberg/libiscsi/pull/338 . I've added the new test to the tests_iscsi_tmf group which is probably wrong, but wanted to avoid yet another group.
