Four games not properly recognized by Pop Fe. #66

Hello again, I want to report the following four games that Pop Fe cannot recognize correctly:

Welcome House SLPS-00190

Super Bubble Pop SLUS-01528

Delta Force Urban Warfare SLUS-01429

Otenki Kororin Weather Tales SLPM-87047

In the first 2 Pop Fe it is marked as Game ID UNKNOW, but it can be converted by manually entering the Game ID.

In the last 2 the error occurs where an abbreviation of the game title appears instead of the appropriate GAME ID and they cannot be converted.

I hope it can be reviewed, by the way in the case of Delta Force the game seems to have some visual lag but I'm not sure if it works that way on the original console as well.
