Support for Tobal No.1 (SCES-00497). #77

The PAL version of Tobal No.1 (SCES-00497) is not recognized by the program. If it's not too much trouble, could support be added for this game?

I had written my request incorrectly; I have corrected it now.

I have fixed that and it will be available in https://github.com/sahlberg/pop-fe/actions/runs/7646428081 when it finish building.

This was an interesting one. The disk id SHOULD be SCES00497 but it seems they made a mistake when they mastered the disk because they set the disc label to SLES00497

I have corrected this now so that we use "SLES00497" to identify this disc instead of "SCES00497"
