Added Hermie Hopperhead's (SCPS-10012/SCPS-91016) fingerprint, replaced my bad TTGM's hash due to it being a bad dump. #93

I also added another hash from a proper JP dump of TTGM, so now there are hashes for both english and japanese. Turns out my first dump had bad audio, so I redid it based on V1.3 and included the japanese one too, both working fine.

Fixed a typo in SLUS-00722 (Colony Wars - Vengeance) config's reference too.
