Win build with USE_MATH and math.h #66

This build works on a recent Windows 10 with Visual Studio 2022 and the microsoft c++ compiler. This should set the stage for reliable multi-architecture availability for DGGRID.

I still don't know how to "squash" commits so the pull request doesn't contain of many mini commits, sorry :-)
