Automatically remove crashed tray icons #287

I saw example code for this some days ago on the forum. It would be a nice 
feature to integrate. Doesn't really do much, but makes windows a bit better to 
use.

It seems that hidden tray icons might not get refreshed with the first 
implementation while the second doesn't work under x64 yet. Both limitations 
aren't feasible so I'll push this back for now.
